The City of Tamarac would like to purchase items and services for the upcoming Turkey Trot 5K Race Event. These items shall include timing & scoring, on-line registration services, t-shirts, and medals.  

Vendors may submit pricing for all requested items and services.  Timing & Scoring Services are listed in one bid table, while T-shirts and Medals are listed in a separate bid table.

Vendors submitting pricing for T-shirts and/or Medals must provide pricing for both T-shirts and Medals. Pricing for only one of these two items will not be accepted. Vendors submitting pricing only for Timing & Scoring Services are not required to provide pricing for T-shirts and Medals.

The quoted t-shirts should be an A4 Sprint Performance short sleeve T-shirt in Lime Green. The City is requesting a flat rate independent of the shirt size.  The quote provided shall be the final quote.  We will finalize shirt quantities by size around the month of October; typically the last Friday in October.  The design in the sample provided in the downloadable documents is just an example. The design will be a new design and is in progress.
