26-40B CISCO NETWORK SWITCHES

The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified firms for ITB No. 26-40B Cisco Network Switches for new Cisco Systems OEM network switches specified in the Bid document, as well as separate quotes for refurbished Cisco Systems OEM network switches (Cisco Refresh) of the same make/model if available.

Only authorized Cisco Systems partners may provide quotes for new Cisco Systems OEM network switches and refurbished Cisco Systems OEM network switches (Cisco Refresh) of the same make/model. No substitutes will be accepted. Only quotes for Cisco Systems OEM parts/items will be considered.

Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM on or before  3:00 PM Eastern Local Time, Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.

City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award, in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
