ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID (ITB) 25-13B The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified contactors for the demolition of four (4) City owned facilities at the following locations: 1). 4959 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 2). 4949 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 3). 3660 NW 50th Street, Tamarac, FL. 33309; and 4). Shaker Village Clubhouse located between Commercial Blvd and Canterbury Lane, within the Shaker Village community (refer to Attachments 1, 2, 3, & 4 location maps for referenced locations). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to the full demolition and removal of City owned facilities and associated appurtenances as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications and ITB No. 25-13B Documents attached herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 25-13B as may be included in documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the following location: 3660 NW 50th St., Tamarac, FL, Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM on or before March 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
