The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from authorized VMware partners/resellers, for all of the following three options: 1. to purchase Renewal of existing VMware hardware/software maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for one (1) year of VMware vSphere Standard Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 64) and VMware vSphere Foundation Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 294) 2. to purchase Renewal of existing VMware hardware/software maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for two (2) years of VMware vSphere Standard Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 64) and VMware vSphere Foundation Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 294) 3. to purchase Renewal of existing VMware hardware/software maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for three (3) years of VMware vSphere Standard Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 64) and VMware vSphere Foundation Licensing - 1 Core (Qty 294). The City reserves the right to select any of the three bid options at its discretion to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bidders, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
