The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors for the Cleaning, Inspection and Repair of the City of Tamarac’s Stormwater Drainage System. This work will be on or in the immediate vicinity in the City of Tamarac owned roadways. The work includes but shall not be limited to: Cleaning and Inspection of the City of Tamarac’s Stormwater Drainage System, point repairs of the Stormwater Drainage System, and rehabilitation/repair of infrastructure associated with the Stormwater Drainage System. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. The information contained in the Bid No. 23-39B document is the minimum that potential proposers must address in their response to the request for bids. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 17, 2023, @ 10:00AM Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams as shown on the solicitation document. Please note that this meeting will be recorded and uploaded to Bids&Tenders but it is highly encouraged that all parties interested in bidding on this project should try to attend this meeting. |
