The City of Tamarac is seeking to procure VuSpex NOW, a comprehensive, real-time remote inspection platform to support and modernize building inspection services. This solution will enable City inspectors to conduct virtual inspections through secure, live video collaboration with contractors, property owners, and field personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards while reducing the need for in-person site visits.

The proposed solution shall include an Annual Integrated City License providing unlimited users and unlimited inspections under a fixed annual pricing model. The platform must include all available features, including but not limited to live video streaming, photo capture, session recording, and automated documentation with a complete audit trail. The system must be browser-based, requiring no software installation, and accessible via mobile and desktop devices to ensure ease of use for all stakeholders.

Additionally, the procurement shall include a one-time implementation component consisting of system setup, integration with existing City systems (where applicable), configuration, and comprehensive training for City staff. The vendor shall ensure a seamless deployment process and provide all necessary support to achieve full operational capability.
