Sealed Bids, addressed to the Sr. Procurement Specialist of the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, will be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM until 3:00 PM local time, Thursday, November 16, 2023 for: 23-40B - SECURITY GATE OPERATOR EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT (Phases 2 and 3) The City of Tamarac is requesting quotes from qualified, HySecurity partners for the turnkey replacement of gate operator equipment at four (4) security gates, located within the city. Qualified partners shall provide a complete and comprehensive quote for providing, fully installing and programming for each of the security gates. The turnkey installation shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, engineering, required components, hardware, wiring, parts, shipping, project management, electrical connections and service, re-connection with the City’s Access Control system, reconnection to Knox Boxes if and where applicable, grooved drive rail sections, new loop detectors, etc., obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance and supervision necessary to provide a fully functioning gate according to the bid documents, specifications, and all applicable federal, state , county and local regulatory requirements. Respondents shall hold/confirm/fix pricing for six (6) months following the close of the bid. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled on will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 @ 10:00AM Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams at the link shown on the cover page of the document or by telephone. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder.
