PALO ALTO NETWORKS RENEWAL

The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from authorized Palo Alto Networks partners/resellers, for all of the following three options: 1) to purchase renewal of existing Palo Alto Networks hardware/software maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for terms indicated herein; 2) to purchase new Palo Alto Networks 3420 firewalls with 3 years of maintenance/support (to replace existing Palo Alto Networks 5220 firewalls), as well as a renewal of all other Palo Alto Networks maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for terms indicated herein; and 3) to purchase new Palo Alto Networks 3420 firewalls with 5 years of maintenance/support (to replace existing Palo Alto Networks 5220 firewalls), as well as a renewal of all other Palo Alto Networks maintenance and support, and software subscriptions for terms indicated herein. The City reserves the right to select any of the three bid options at its discretion to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM on or 3:00 PM local time, Monday, January 21, 2025. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.

City reserves the right to reject any or all Bidder, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
