Sealed Proposals, addressed to the Sr. Procurement Specialist of the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, shall be received by the City’s encrypted e-Procurement management system bidsandtendersTM until 3:00 PM EST local time, November 25 , 2024 for: 

25-02R – CITYWIDE PRECAST BUFFER WALL PROJECT – PINE ISLAND ROAD, COMMERCIAL BLVD., AND ROCK ISLAND ROAD                                                                                                                                         

The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to propose on the design, permitting, and construction of the Citywide Precast Buffer Wall Projects - Pine Island Road North Project & Commercial Blvd Phase IIC Project. The proposed project sites (3 locations) include: Location No. 1 - West side of Pine Island Road between NW 79^th street and NW 81^st street, approximately 1700 linear feet of proposed precast buffer wall (see location map attached herein as Attachment 1); Location No. 2 - North side Commercial Blvd, between NW 58^th Way and Rock Island Rd, approximately 2200 linear feet of proposed precast buffer wall (see location map attached herein as Attachment 2); Location No. 3 - Approximately 730 linear feet along Rock Island Road (west side) just north of Commercial Blvd (see location map attached herein as Attachment 2).

The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.

A pre-proposal Conference has been scheduled on will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024@ 10:30 Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams at the link shown on the cover page of the document or by telephone. Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM on or before the date and time referenced above. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances.  Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder.

City reserves the right to reject any or all Bidders/Proposers, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids/Proposals received, to re-advertise for Bids/Proposals, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders/Proposers or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
