ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS: CITYWIDE CULVERT HEADWALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE VII The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting bids, from qualified contractors, for the construction of the Citywide Culvert Headwall Improvement Project - Phase VII (ITB No. 25-08B). The proposed project sites (3 locations) include the following: Location No. 1 – NW 70th Avenue, north of NW 80th Court; Location No. 2 – NW 79th Avenue, south of NW 60th Street (East and West Side); and Location No. 3 – Westwood Drive, north of NW 74th Court (East Side). Refer to Exhibits 1-3, Location Maps for the referenced locations. The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition of existing headwalls, the construction of new aluminum sheet piling headwall and/or riprap installation, improvements to existing drainage system, asphaltic concrete pavement restoration, striping, concrete sidewalk and curb replacement, guardrail restoration, earthwork and landscape restoration improvements. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications herein and within the project design plans. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, @ 10:00 AM Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams at the link shown on the cover page of the Bid Document. Please note that this meeting will be recorded and uploaded to Bids&Tenders but it is highly encouraged that all parties interested in bidding on this project should try to attend this meeting. To join the Microsoft Teams meeting by telephone, use the dial in information on the cover page. Sealed Bids must be received electronically via the City’s encrypted procurement management system, bids&tendersTM on or before 3:00 PM Eastern Local Time, Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Any Bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Local Tamarac Vendors, Broward County Certified Business Entities, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
